Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

All orders ship via UPS. During the check out process, you will have an opportunity to choose priority shipping method or ground.

Orders placed before 12pm PST using ground shipping will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day (except Sunday). All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST, will begin processing on the following Monday. Jackie 'O Boutique will contact you by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently available or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time doesn’t include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and we do not offer international shipping.

SALES TAX

All items that are shipped within the state of California will be charged state tax in the amount of 9%. If items are sent outside of California, your state's sales tax will be applied
